A Lifetime of Traditon vs The Will of Yahweh

It's a hard thing to let go of a lifetime of tradition. But that is exactly the work that Yahshua has provided for us through His death and resurrection. He has set us free from the things that keep us from His will. When we desire to follow Him and to please Him it becomes an honor and our hearts desire to do His will EVEN when it means we must forsake a lifetime of tradition.

Here's a thought for Christmas loving "believers".
If it was something ordained or OK with Yahweh, and considering He said "narrow is the way" meaning FEW find it and NOT many, would it be a time that the whole nation is in a buzz about and getting prepared for?
Some might say "well just because some are not doing it for Jesus doesn't mean it's wrong".... Or "the devil is always gonna' mess up something".....

Consider this:
Still, would the whole world be participating in something "Godly" but just not KNOW what they are doing"? Of course not. Maybe that would work for a moral issue but certainly not extra curricular activities.
People don't find the path of Yahweh by accident. He said you must seek Him with all your being THEN you will find Him. And "HIM" is the truth. And the truth is the path you are to be on.... that is, if you claim to be one of His.

We must remember that the deceiver always portrays a counterfeit to what Yahweh our redeemer has provided. And if Yahweh ordained certain times to be observed that the majority of believers think is no big deal and instead they observe "holidays" appointed by man, aren't they just doing what is right in their own mind thinking they do service to the Almighty when in fact they are deceived?
He says not to worship Him as others (those outside of His covenant) worship their deities (made up false gods). A good historical study of the roots of some of the rituals of Christmas will prove that it was around long before the birth of Yahshua/Jesus.
It was a major "politically correct" type of move that merged the holy with the profane a long, long time ago. And just like those things that were appalling when you were a child but now your children think they are "normal", many things that go on amongst believers are what our beloved Messiah would call profane. We must remember time is the ally of deceit.

Are we doing the will of Father Yahweh or maybe just following along the path that is simply a tradition we were born into?
No matter how much fun or goodness we see in something we must be willing to lay down our life and pick up the ways our heavenly Father desires for us. He is preparing us for His kingdom now.
